Well, I happened upon your site in a effort to find/refute a mild argument between two other people on a site called the Rivenguild Boards. They were arguing about anti-particles and the size of an anti-particle accelerator and the only way to acconplish anti-particle acceleration was with two black holes woth decent Schwartzchild radii...my head was spinning due to the fact that I only took one astronomy course and had no clue how to make an intelligible response sooooo to make a long story short (too late :P ) I came in here and was very charmed by this site and have it bookmarked for further persual! ps--are you a Douglas Adams fan?? your site reminds me of his books...if you have never read Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, you should try it... :)

Hello, I'm Vincent Booth. You'r site is very interesting, I'm no scientist or anything of the sort, I'm actually a musician. Nonetheless this kind of thing facinates me no end and I love the challenge of wrapping my mind aroung this kind of stuff (sometimes trying to anyway). Reminds me of the Star Trek Voyager episode called Paralax. Clausrophobes ultimate nightmare (that which I am). Anyway, thanks for the great and informative site.

WOW!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SITE!!!! It is going directly on my Favorites. I hafta say, this is one of--no, whatamisaying-- the BEST EVER Gryphon/Dragon/Mythology site I've ever been on!!!! Okay, I think you get the point. Anyway, the drawings are kewl too! I'm siiting here with a sketchpad with a deformed-looking(Sorry!Owch!Hey,quit that!) Gryphon penciled in. If I could sketch gryphons like that....

I like your site. Especially the gryphon section. I look for anything and everything to do with gryphons. My tail doesn't tend to get any hotter than the rest of me when I'm angered. But, then, it's hardly the tail one needs to worry about in an angry gryph. I don't hoard gold either-it's become rather worthless where I'm from. Fiber optic cables are really much more comfy for nesting materials. In your "Types of Gryphons" you left out Pantheravens, Sprinters, simurgs(Phoenix gryphons), Icterogryphs, Gryphragons/dracogryphs,Tabby-gryphs,The Dranthuhris of Avakronsys, and ,well, I guess you could consider V-Griffs and Rohonavis to be sort of gryphons (Technically, they're prehistoric avialae)....Don't be afraid to inquire of me if you want to learn more about these wonderful creatures. I don't bite....although Aquilleons do have an electric surge weapon--but, don't worry; I won't zap you either....

I am a volunteer writing teacher in a public High School in Mississippi. One of my students wants to write a paper about black holes so I printed some information off your site for him. Has anyone got any suggestions for science projects related to black holes? There has to be a demonstration or experimental aspect for a good project. Thanks for a well written article, easily read, (tho not easily understood, by Engish majors, anyway!)

This is the best web site that I have been on that I was interested in just more then the reason I came here. (black holes) Your paper is interesting and there is humour which makes it fun to read and the facts are simple minded that anybody with interest would be able to understand. YOUR HUMOUR IS INSPIRING
