Photography : Birds : A little bit of spunk

This American Kestrel sports vivid colors and an air of feistiness! He may be the size of a Robin, but he is a predator! Given their small size, though, Kestrels can be harassed by other birds. This fine gentleman is an outreach animal from Nature's Nursery, a widlife rehabilitation and education facility. He really didn't like anyone getting behind him, so the crowds made him a little anxious.
